MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Sales Coordinator – Institutional

To setup telephonic &or zoom meetings for sales sr. manager and follow up with customers to reduce sales cycle.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
KEY RESULTS:       

1.150 Calls per week.
2.Assign 12 meetings to each Sales Senior Manager per week.
3.Prepare the lead qualification and send mails on all inquiries as per TAT.
4.All quotations to be entered in CRM software & FMS as per TAT.
5.Review all punched orders on same day.
6.Entry in the design FMS.
7.Continuously update self to prepare offers for standard inquiries.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

1.Lead qualification sheet to be prepared for each inquiry.
2.To send mails on each inquiry on the basis of lead qualification sheet.
3.Assign Leads to sales manager.
4.Take weekly updates from Channel Partners on all the offers submitted through them.
5.Prepare daily kickoff meeting synopsis.
6.Prepare marketing MoM.
7.Assist in sending quotations.
8.Fix meetings for Sales manager.
9.Monitor Schedule of Sales manager.
10.Follow up with customer on Call and set up notating meetings with sales manager & AVP.
11.Maintain data on CRM Software.
12.Check and approve punched sales orders.
13.Provide all support to sales manager.
14.Prepare plan and monitor activities of the sales NBD.
15.Approve Sales NBD daily report & daily field travel sheet.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Qualification (Must/Desirable): Graduate in Commerce   Experience:  Min 3 Years past experience of Tele-sales profile
2. Good to have additional experience of managing a team of field sales staff.
SPECIAL SKILLS:Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Team Management skills Ability to review contracts, commercial terms in orders. Computer Skills – Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail, CRM Software
