Position:-Assistant Manager – IMS (Integrated Management System)

INDUSTRY TYPE: Transformer Manufacturing

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1.To manage IMS at across the organization and continuous improvement in IMS standards.
2.To write procedures and processes to support the IMS development.
3.Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain.
4.Provide training for IMS Management System.
5.To supervise and review various project milestones / targets for timely implementation and completion as and when assignment by the Management.

KEY ACTIVITIES:


Integrated Management System: –

1.Defining, improving, and controlling processes.
2.Reducing waste.
3.Preventing mistakes.
4.Facilitating and identifying training opportunities
5.Oversee effective implementation of the IMS Management System throughout the company.
6.Maintain the IMS Manuals and IMS Procedures.
7.Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
8.Host external IMS System audits and ensure effective CAR for Non-Conformance.
9.Provide training on IMS issues and processes.
10.Coordinate the review of IMS procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives.

11.Drive internal project and management audits
12.Drive to continuous improvement activities
13.Drive and lead process improvement activities
14.Support & train for root cause analysis and resolve problems
15.Organize MRM as per schedule and carry out necessary preparation
16.Prepare and/or update work instruction / SOPs, impart training to HODs and supervise WIs / SOPs trainings
17.Review & upgrade of IMS objectives

Statutory & Regulatory Requirements: –
1.Maintain all statutory and regulatory requirements required for adherence of IMS management System
2.Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for Hazardous Waste Management.
3.Knowledge of EPR Authorization, CGWA.


Product Certification: –
1.To ensure to prepare & upload production data on BIS online portal – quarterly & annually.
2.To ensure to apply on BIS Portal for inclusion of new rating.
3.To ensure to BEE application for new rating.
4.To ensure to BEE quarterly production preparation and same to be uploaded on BEE portal.


Operations: –
1.Prepare NC meeting related documents.
2.Prepare action plan as per NC meeting.
3.Host Customer audits online / offline – Vendor Approval.
4.Prepare notes and submit documents as desired by the auditor.
5.Organize DWM meeting and review action plan.
6.Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
7.Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
8.In-depth Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001, 14001, 45001.
9.Knowledge of measurement instruments.
10.Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
11.Create & Identify skill gap matrix for team & TNI sheet periodically.
12.Assist in NABL audits (ISO 17025:2017- Laboratory Management System).
13.Assist in Annual ESG report preparation
14.Assist in undertaking several product and organizational certification activity like ZED, UL etc.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualification (Must/Desirable): B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other allied branch.,
Certification: – Minimum: – Certified Internal Auditor of ISO 9001:2015
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS in an Engineering / manufacturing organization.
