Every transformer we produce is subjected to a comprehensive set of factory tests to verify its engineering integrity and ability to perform under rated load and real-world operational conditions. Each pad-mounted transformer must pass the following routine tests:

  3. Full Wave Impulse Test
  4. Applied Voltage Test of HV and LV Winding
  5. Induced Overvoltage Test
  6. No-Load Loss and Excitation Current Test
  7. Resistance Measurements
  8. Load Loss and Impedance Voltage Test
  9. Tank Leak Test
  10. Wire Probe Test
  11. Audible Sound Level Test
  12. Temperature Rise Test
